Freewc09.dk offers free accommodation for all athletes at a school 100 metres from Swim Stadium Aarhus.
The accommodation is in a gymnasium and athletes must therefore bring their own mattress, sleeping bag, pillow or the like.
There are toilets and a kitchen at the school, which can be used by the athletes.
There is only space fore approximately 100 athelets, and 30 have signed in for this accommodation. There will bee a form here very soon.
Another option is some rather cheap rooms (for Danish standards) at the Scandic Hotel in Aarhus, where the judges will be staying.
The price for a single room per night incl. breakfast buffet and service is DKK 695, 00.
For a double room there is an additional charge of DKK 100.00 per night, which means that a double rooms with two people costs DKK 795.00 per night.
It is possible to make it cheaper by staying more than two people in the rooms. Talk to Scandic about this option.

At Danhostel Aarhus dorm rooms costs DKK 169 per person per night incl. breakfast but excl. check out cleaning. This price is based on a minimum of 10 people staying in 4-6 people’s dorm rooms.
If people book individually, the price for the dorm rooms is DKK 456 for a room with showers and toilets down the hall. The price is the same if one or four people stay in the room.
Breakfast is DKK 57 per person. If the stay is not booked as a group, each athlete must buy a hostel card at DKK 70 per person.
A room with shower and toilet ensuite is DKK 520, but there are only a few of these rooms available.
